Bolt seal for cargo containers are constructed of materials such as metal bolts or metal cables and designed to prevent intrusion and conform with world customs and ISO security seal standards.

The performance of steel has specific requirements, which need to take into account strength, corrosion resistance, machinability and cost, in order to ensure the reliability and authenticity of the seal.

Mold:

The key factor determining the shape of the product, consisting of the moving mold (connected to the moving part of the injection machine) and the fixed mold (fixed on the injection machine), and internally containing:
Cavity (the shape of the formed product), core (the internal shape of the formed product), gate (the channel through which the melt enters the cavity), runner (guiding the flow of the melt), cooling water channel, and exhaust groove (for discharging the air in the cavity), etc.

Testing method:

Smoothness of insertion and extraction: Manually insert and extract the lock body and the latch, check if there is any jamming, and observe if there is a clear "locking position feeling" (such as the sound of the latch being securely engaged).
Locking strength: Use a force gauge to test the pull-out force of the latch after locking (usually requiring ≥ 200N, depending on industry standards or customer requirements), to ensure that it cannot be loosened under non-violent conditions.
Vibration resistance: Fix the high-sealing lock after locking on the vibration testing machine, simulate the vibration during transportation (such as a frequency of 10-50Hz, for 1-2 hours), and check after the test if it has loosened or fallen off.

Raw material

Usage environment: For humid or corrosive environments, stainless steel (304/316) is preferred; for dry environments, alloy structural steel or carbon steel (with surface treatment) can be selected.
Anti-counterfeiting level: For high-security requirements (such as resistance to professional tool damage), high-strength alloy structural steel (such as 40Cr) or spring steel is necessary.
Cost control: For mass production in mild environments, carbon steel (galvanized treatment) is a cost-effective option.
