Lead seal is a lock like device used by specific personnel after loading goods into a container and closing the hatch appropriately. Once the lead seal is locked, it cannot be opened unless it is violently damaged (i.e. cut open), and damaged lead seals cannot be reused. Each seal has a unique serial number identifier. As long as the appearance of the container is complete, the container door is closed, and the lead seal is in place, it can be proven that the container has not been opened without authorization during transportation, and the packaging person is responsible for supervising the packaging of the container.
